Mothers with Issues

I planted all my mothers in soil and will be taking clones from some of the plants in the next couple of weeks. They are about 1.5months old, planted in soil and compost and watered with rain water. I used some cheap soil and the compost came from my own compost bins. I did have some issues with nats and im guessing this is the cause of my issues.

Im not sure if the nates came from my compost or the cheap soil i mixed it with. There does not seem to be any more flying around since i used apple cider vinegar and put up the sticky pads. Just put a new pad in now to verify.

This all started to come about 1 week ago and is affecting about 1/5 of the plants. I recently did water with a veg nutrient at about 1/3-1/2 mix rate

Oh yeah they are gnawing your shit up good. Mosquito dunks crumbled on top of all of your pots and watered in, and something with spinosad.
Do the spinosad at least twice and youll have no more problems with those bugs. Cut off damaged growth and let her heal up.
Your roots are under heavy attack. Don't wait for any more posts, get the stuff I mentioned and be done with it.

Treat all of your plants not just the one.

The white dots on the top of the first photo give me a "mites" feeling, but the damage on the looks much more like russet mites.

Fungus gnats can be solved with nematodes or something with BT in it like Mosquito Bits, and are most likely feeding off the decaying stuff in your compost (or the now-dead roots that would attach to the where your cuttings were)

If you think you have mites as well, I'd try something like Dr Zymes Eliminator and see if that helps.
