Moving Seedlings outdoors?

Everytime I move a plant outside it seems to burn the leaves and stunt the growth for a few days before it adjusts, How do I avoid this? I have these Jungle Spice and Exotic Genetics testers 14 days from sprout I wanna put outside and dont wanna lose their vigor they've had so far.

You shouldn't put them in full sun at first. When I brought my girls out, the spot had morning sun, diffused midday and shade in the afternoon. Under a tall tree works, but not something with a dense canopy like a conifer. You need to wean them onto the full sunlight.
