Moving to Massachusetts to grow weed

I live in upstate NY and a small city in Massachusetts is only an hour away. I am on social security so a job is not a problem and i am taking online classes. No i dont qualify for medical marijuana in any state. I have grown before and i have enough money for equipment. Is it smart to move just to grow weed? I am not very comfortable risking growing in NY

Right now i am spending 20 a gram once this ounce of mids is up which i got for 150. Im thinking it would be cheaper to live in Massachusetts and legal. I looked up rent and it is affordable. Can landlords ban growing in their apartments? Growing is a hobby of mine and i greatly enjoy it. Also the weed i grow is better than any weed ive ever bought which is usually crushed even when its 20 a gram

3 days after the election the State Treasurer was already talking about amending the law to take away the home grow provisions, because it could impact state revenue from sales. .ASSHOLES:finger:.

We've had MMJ for years and no one can give an exact answer on the law. I don't see the Rec. Law going any smoother. Find a friend in Mass that can/will grow and split the costs. I wouldn't move until the law was a little more cemented.

our state is legal but after the voters passed this measure individual counties and cities put their own ban on weed. You could still grow it but no shops..... most counties re voted this year and most passed so now shops are allowed.
Guess I am trying to say wait for 6 months and see what happens.
Also, really doubt you will find a rental that will allow you to grow.

I've 8 grows under my belt.uuummm white widow:weed: All in an apartment.I definitely had to study up on R.I.U. killing the smell.

I would def wait they are already talking about fighting this one out. Even though the people have spoken, they don't care. Don't be surprised if they drag it out for as long as they can.

Absolutely! Its a definite 'no' if you havent got permission. I live in Maine, work in property management. If people ask, and have the proper equipment, then I let them do their thing. Have also 'found' a couple handfuls of grows that didnt get permission. Let them do their thing too. As long as the building isnt being destroyed, and neighbors arent bothered then I dont care. But, by no means am I required to let them. I would say the vast majority of landlords in the area are a very strict 'no' to growing. We do not allow smoking in any tho... that is always done outside.

Edit: I would also recommend waiting with Sessions coming in! Let the dust settle.

I actually like that concept ,but not in the apartments. There would be an optimum chance of someone burning the building down with cheap equipment, however building a proper greenhouse, clubhouse and tenants are given a space and grow allotment that would be secured and monitored by the property mangaer would be legal and one hell of an incentive to rent from them..
