multiple problems day 17 flowering

Been working with these ladys for quite a while and have been lucky. Somehow I am two for two with both these plants turning out to be girls. I have been having this damn drooping problem ever since they where young and now I think there is a bit of nutrient burn to go along with it. IDk what to do anymore, maybe more airflow or a glass of water to increase humidity? The leaves have a bit of a brittle feel to them.

no expert here but how tall are those? seems as though your pots are alttle small and might not be holding enough water or they may be root bound.

They are about 2 feet tall. I thought they might be root bound as well but after seeing that party cup CFL grow it makes me think otherwise. There are deffinitely rootc coming out the top of the soil though.

it looks like a few issues
one is low humidity, another looks like heat stress and the spots look like mold though my eyes are a little blurry right now...they also look rootbound

Have'nt even lokked at all the writeing that you have put i can tell you the problem is that your plant is pot bound.Put it in a bigger tub and you will get a far greater yeild.I would also only water once a week twice at max this will give you a far better root system.Let the plant dry and this will force the roots to search out water that won't be there untill you feed.Other than that your plant looks fine a little light but that is not a bad thing better light than too dark.It has nice close internodes so it should produce a nice yeild.

I repotted them today and we'll see what happens. I was able to pick the entire plant up out of the original pot, it was pretty tight in there.

Party cup CFL grows are a novelty for advanced growers. They know the nuances of growing so they have the experience to have a rootbound plant thrive. Its something you and i will possibly learn how to do after a few years. I have tried growing more than 5 different times and have only had 1.5 successful grows.
Right now i am trying my first indoor grow with proper knowledge and equipment and i have no idea if i can pull it off.

No, PH flux is just another name for "I dont know what the fuck is going on" u will see lots of people resort to telling u its PH fluctuations, but never believe that. An unstable PH will only prevent the plant from certain nutes, which in turn will cause nute def's, but not unexplained rust spots.
The spots are actually a "leaf spot fungus", 99% positive. If u keep ur temps and humidity in check it will only grow very slowly, but there is no cure once its enters the plant.
U should treat with fungicides if u have other plants, but if u dont just grow it out. Afterwards disinfect all tools, floors. walls, pots, etc... or it WILL COME BACK!!!.

P.S. plant attacking fungi wont hurt humans at all. Trust me, if u eat fruit and vegetables, u eat plant attacking fungi.

Edit, it wont hurt the buds at all, it may cut yields a little, but it would have to get out of control to do serious damage. Indoors u can control humidity and temps so it shouldnt get that bad.
If u want conformation from a different source, just google "septoria leaf spot". U wont find many pics of cannabis with fungi (probably due to people not knowing what it is when they get it) but there is a whole gallery of other plants with the same shit happening.

I am curious how its going since the transplant? you should be able to water with plenty of runoff now to keep from having any PH issues. Just let it dry nicely and water thoroughly with 10% runoff. I would feed every watering and plenty of runoff

i have the same thing happening to my leaves too, but they dont droop, i have the same spotting, spray with fungicide, seems to slow it down i use serenade garden disease control, i mix it with soem water that has about 150ppm of nutes and they like a spray every few days
