With proof of the judge being racist and saying to a court clerk "I'm going to help then fry that Nigger" the courts have found for a third time that the death penalty is unfair.

On Tuesday, a U.S. appeals court ordered a new sentencing hearing for Mumia Abu-Jamal, who’s currently sitting on Pennsylvania’s death row on charges of murdering a police officer in a case that many of his supporters have long said was politically motivated. The court ruled that Abu-Jamal must have a new sentencing hearing within six months.
Abu-Jamal, a former Black Panther, was convicted in 1982 of murdering a white police offer. He has always professed his innocence and his case has been a cause celebre among police accountability activists for decades.

The case of Pennsylvania death row prisoner Mumia Abu-Jamal took a surprising turn Tuesday when the Third U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals unanimously declared his death sentence unconstitutional. It is the second time the court has agreed with a lower court judge who set aside Abu-Jamal’s death sentence after finding jurors were given confusing instructions that encouraged them to choose death rather than a life sentence. Now Abu-Jamal, a former Black Panther and journalist, could get a new sentencing hearing in court. if he really did kill a cop, which it appears he did, he deserves to die.

it's b/c of cop killing idiots like him that cops come after peaceful smokers like us guns out fingers on the trigger......

That is the thing.. There is no clear evidence and witnesses have recanted testimony after a number of years.

So the Death penalty is unjust at the very least. The courts seem to agree.
