We dont have to force a businessman to serve anyone. If someone chooses to turn away business that is their problem. How bad do you think the racism problem is in America? Do you suddenly forsee signs popping up all over the place denying service? That is crazy...

I cant see a good businessman doing it.

How much harm could it possibly cause? Hurt feelings?
I agree with you on one hand, but then on the other, see how it could potentially create a lot of problems.
Like I said, It's a very slippery slope.

The businessman could be any color, religion or sexuality as well. You realize that right?

Give me one example of a 'problem' it could create.

TRUTH, right here.

Truth? They didnt count 9/11 in their math.... LOL!!! Propaganda, not truth...

While we are at it why dont we count the # of attacks worldwide, not just in America. It isnt all about us. Terrorists are at war with the non-islamic world, not just America.

it was passed along geographic lines, not party lines.

the south v oted against it, republicans and democrats. the north voted for it in the same way.

try not to revise history, chumlee. it is recorded so you will get called out for your lies.
Nope. The Civil rights Act was because of Republicans
Democrats want to keep racism alive. Both historically, and in modern times.

Sounds like a smart guy. Where did he go?
The details of his whereabouts are a bit murky due to the classified nature of his offenses but I do know he has been banned from this site for saying many of things you say; his wife left him for someone smarter and better looking; his children hide when he comes around; his dog started biting him again; the government asked for his citizenship back; and gravity has a stronger effect on him than anybody else...because of Obama.

Government wants to keep racism alive. Where but on government forms are you required to disclose your race?

facts prove you wrong. always. 100% of the time.

By party and region[edit]
Note: "Southern", as used in this section, refers to members of Congress from the eleven states that made up the Confederate States of America in the American Civil War. "Northern" refers to members from the other 39 states, regardless of the geographic location of those states.

The original House version:

  • Southern Democrats: 7–87 (7–93%)
  • Southern Republicans: 0–10 (0–100%)
  • Northern Democrats: 145–9 (94–6%)
  • Northern Republicans: 138–24 (85–15%)
The Senate version:
