my 140W closet grow journal

ok so here is the story..I found a seed in a bag of purple kush i got from a friend..being mid july i said hell why not stick it in some dirt and find out what happens..well it grew into a nice sexy girl and started to bud..problem was she started budding just in the begging of oct..after digging around my garage i found a light set up i had used before with good results and decided to give this plant a longer summer in my closet so here are the stats

plant: purple kush seed bank unknown.
grow medium: custom soil mix with bat guano bird guano worm castings manure perilight and gravel at the bottom for drainage.
nutes: none other then molasses every 3rd watering
lights: 140 watts cfl 2700K


bud pics and plant pics as of today.. this will be updated so you can see how shes doing. the rather large bud is from the outdoor plants i started in may...they did well.

the bud was from another plant...the other one is still in my closet growing away there will be a bud update next week.

happy late Halloween...so after an entire weekend and monday away from home i came home to a thristy plant but she seemed to grow during the weekend..there will be an update tommorow as it has been a week since my last bud pics...to anyone who lives on vancouver island and went to the rave on Saturday I hope you had a great time..I was one of the hosts and I hope we did a good job...ill give you a hint we had the biggest sub woofers.

Did you use the 2700k CFL lighting from seed to harvest? Looks sexy regardless.

UPDATE she seems to be growing if u compare the pictures

and turning green again.. i guess shes getting use to my warm closet.

just as a though,t when shes finished nanaimosco and oakley1984, you are welcome to smoke the sweet fruity buds she makes..itll be done about first week dec im guessing..so some Christmas bud from a fellow grower.

by fruity i mean like orange citrus smell...mixed with a hash brick in there..i just touched the stem to shake off of water after i fed her and man can i smell the distinct orange smell..for a PK id say she shows orange kush traits. at least at this point who knows what she will smell of come later weeks

she might be turning green again..the buds are green but covered in sparkling thc..and smells soooo fruity..lol maybe this outdoor to indoor thing helps...

lol yeah the smell is the best part. ive got a small white widow and everytime i enter the room i get hit with this skunky almost citrusy smell. mmm

you need the plant to be small if its 6 feet its gonna suck trying to light it.

update as promised.. its technically a week from the last pic..im thinking 4 weeks more..all photos are of the top 2 main buds...just so you can see her advance into joints eventually
