this is not correct, GH changed this and specifies on their own instructions to add the Calmag 1st!

Day 34 of 12/12.
I'm truly starting to think the Cobs at 1750ma are possibly bleaching them and is maybe the culprit to this discoloration. The lower growth is all SO HEALTHY GREEN but the stuff above is yellowing/rusting. 20160529_193512.jpg20160529_193528.jpg See the lower growth?
20160529_193740.jpg 20160529_193726.jpg 20160529_193751.jpg but besides that, LOOK AT THE RUNT! :)
And I never really show off the other part of the tent, but wanted to share how BEAUTIFUL the Currant Kush Mutant is turning out to be. It's not a big yielder, but for less than $5 fem seeds from VIP, it has one of the best unique smells Ever. Froot loops and rubber. Just like her mom, purple early as can be. But the runt is looking great!20160529_193627.jpg

So if I'm in week 5 of 12/12, should I be preparing to start dimming the lights back down as I get closer to the last week, to the point of almost all the way dimmed by the start of 8th week?

No clue on yield as Im not usually very good at that other than the usual response that I know you dont wanna hear (You've been on here long enough to know what I mean) haha.
As for dropping light times/intensity, I was just reading about this in another forum so I have no practical experience in this. If what I read holds any truth, it does seem like it would be feasible to mimic the sun at sun up/down from start of season to end of season. I mean everyone can try to mimic the sun so closely with reds/blues etc.....why not times & intensities?

Why would one do this?
There is a bit more to it than what he is implying. I was in another thread (cant remember where for the life of me) but it did make some sense in the reasoning for it. Maybe not to the extreme of turing down to almost all the way dimmed but to change up the light cycle to mimic seasonal changes and the suns intensity.

But we're indoor growers. Don't we want the best day every day?

Please, someone else grow out currant kush from VIP. It has such a unique smell. It's so worth $4 Per fem seed.

So I'm getting some very strange extra stretching going on almost 6 weeks into flower. Almost like spear heads, and i'm blaming the far red. If this is what they do, I'll be switching the leds to blue and red 20mm stars. It never happened before on the last run.20160606_100739.jpg 20160606_100719.jpg
