My baby is sick

I need help i have been reading up and searching for everything i could find on the problem my plant has. I think from what i have read its a mag diff but id rather let some expert eyes look at it this is how its started and then i trimmed those and now its still spreading, I have the plant under 2 200w CFLs, used organic soil, have a fan on it, i think the droopy is from overwatering so i havent been water them lately, temp are at or under 70 degrees, im not sure if its the environment because my other plant is doing fine so yeah any help would be awesome

Mmy plant did something similar to this when it was about that big the bottom leaves turned yellow on the tips then the whole leaf then they shriveled and turned brown and were dead then new leaves would grow on top then the next set of bottom ones would start yellowing and the whole thing repeated so i did some reading and got some epsom salts unscented that is and mixed about a quarter teaspoon to a 2 litre bottle of filtered water and watered her with that once then the leaves stopped yellowing that was my experience hope you figure you problem out and i hope thyis helps! good luck p.s. how often do you water and what lights/soil/nutrients are you giving it?
