my bottom leaves are dying..help

my plant is about 1 month and 2 and a half weeks old.
i use a cfl flourecent light that is a few inches above the top of the plant.
the bottom leaves are turning brown/yellow and shirviling and crinkling and falling off.
and the leaves above the ones dying the tips(very tips) are yellow. and some drooping straight down.

i included some pictures of my plant.
please help

No one CFL bulb is dual spectrum, or provides both red and blue rays, that are needed to grow healthy. So you need at least two bulbs regardless of how small a grow you do.

You also need a bare minimum, and I mean minimum of 3000 lumens per sq ft of row space and all one-plant grows need at least 6,000 lumens.
You really need 5,000 to 6,000 lumens per sq ft to really thrive.
