You don;'t need any nitrogen nutes now, this far into VEG.
You used too much peroxide, too often, and just need to drain some water out, a couple of gallons, and replace it and wait.
There is buds all over his plants, he is clearly flowering

Anyway, it looks like a magnesium deficiency here is a pic to compare:

And a link to where I got the pic from: http://www.greenmanspage.com/guides/plant_abuse.html

"Magnesium deficiency will exhibit a yellowing (which may turn brown) and interveinal chlorosis beginning in the older leaves. The older leaves will be the first to develop interveinal chlorosis. Starting at leaf margin or tip and progressing inward between the veins. Notice how the veins remain somewhat green"- taken from linked site

Get some get some sort of calcium/ magnesium supplement such as Calmag+ by botanicare, CaMg+ by General hydroponics, or MagiCal by technaflora
Adding one of those to your nute mix should take care of it

Magnesium deficiency will exhibit a yellowing (which may turn brown) and interveinal chlorosis beginning in the older leaves. The older leaves will be the first to develop interveinal chlorosis. Starting at leaf margin or tip and progressing inward between the veins. Notice how the veins remain somewhat green though as can be seen in figure 15.
Notice how in Figure 16 and 17 the leaves curl upwards like they're praying? They're praying for Mg! The tips may also twist.
This can be quickly resolved by watering with 1 tablespoon Epsom salts/gallon of water. Until you can correct nutrient lockout, try foliar feeding. That way the plants get all the nitrogen and Mg they need. The plants can be foliar feed at ½ teaspoon/quart of Epsom salts (first powdered and dissolved in some hot water). When mixing up soil, use 2 teaspoon dolomite lime per gallon of soil.

SHOULD I TRY EPSON SALT?

The flora nova bloom is a one part nute so it should be all you need for flowering technically. I would only use the cal mag + with it if your plants still show sign of mag deficiency. You don't want to overdo the calcium/ magnesium intake that will lead to burn

Who's the guru?
Yeah I meant the Bubbleponic Guru Roseman. He said no more nitrogen, I said he could supplement all the nitrogen he needs with Cal Mag, which I will also add is a flower "hardener" (makes them more dense). I knew he meant flower.
And I personally don't think the amount of peroxide you'd used would do that to your plant. But we all grow different. Rose doesn't say something he doesn't KNOW. He might revise what he says based on experience. But only after testing both methods and being happier with the change.
If it weren't for him I'd never of started hydro... So I'm not going to argue with what he says... He has more experience then anybody with the system. And when it all comes down to it, experience beats all... Good luck with your issue dude...

I VERY MISTAKENLY posted here a couple of days ago:

I meant this far into BLOOM or Flowering, NOT VEG. I musta been stoned or I am getting oldtimers disease.

the cal-mag+ for botanicare brought the plant right back. within a day i could tell that the yellowing had stopped. after 2 days i could see that all the hairs were stickin straight up. None of the hydro were doing this and now they all are. i would recommend this to anyone.
