My buds smell like lawn clippings. Is this a concern?

I spent about a half an hour with the search engine only to find this question asked and not answered.

After harvesting and manicuring a week ago, my buds smell like hay, lawn clippings, or whatever vegetable. They look absolutely fine and they are coming along just fine otherwise. Should I even be concerned? Will the smell change? This is my first hydroponic harvest and I flushed with clearex and went water only for a week. I'm not sure if it's particularly note worthy, but these plants didn't put off much of a smell while in vegetation and flowering.

I had the same problem as you. Just make sure you let them hang dry long enough and dont dry too quickly, once hung dry properly you will notice the great smell of stinky weed coming out after a week of curing. Remember when curing to let them breath a few times a day. patience really pays off.

look into using advanced nutes BUD CANDY. I tested this product on my last grow and the plants that i used it on had increased aroma and taste in the end. Its a bit pricey but it gave me the strongest smelling buds i've ever grown.
