the tops of my colas are stretching. is this normal? cause i dont think it is. it looks like she is putting out new calyxes and pistils. there not swollen at all they look like preflowers. maybe a light leak? hopefully they will swell up and fill in the spaces...thats the only part that is not dense. the middle and lower part of the colas are nice and thick and dense

There's so many reasons why it could be doing that at the tips. Could be too much c02, too much heat, not close enough to the lights, too close to the lights. It could also just be a characteristic trait of your strain. Your guess is as good as mine. I sure hope they fill in....at least they don't look like this

hm damn i added co2 so might be too much, the lights are pretty close maybe an inch but theres glass in between in. haha yeah i wouldnt be the happiest if they were like that.

I betcha it's a little co2 overload. Shit...I didn't even know you could give them too much of the stuff

sativas have tendency to do that, also could be alot of other things thou too like someone said

might be a sativa thing since her genetics are slightly more sativa.

yea, im willing to bet its a mix of all the factors genes,temps, co2, nutes. whats so bad about foxtailing? i do know sativas are extremely photoperiod sensitive. seeing they originate form equatorial regions that dont see winters, and the suns pattern remains the same unlike places not on the equator. lighter leaf colors make them so photoperiod sensitive and i ve read foxtailing is jsut another measure for them to determine weather to revert back to veg or keep flowering. idk, look it up lol sry for rant.

hmm that could be it i added the new fan and dont have a way to block of the light right now and sometimes the closet light gets left on. i was thinking that a light leak could be doing it because she is putting out new pistils which i dont think is normal so late in flowering i thought they just swell up

i believe it will still swell. have u done any reseach on it? it would blow if it was due to light leaks!!!

Don't worry dank all will be well. I doubt it's a CO2 overload and it doesn't look like a light leak so that leaves "I have no idea" but they still look good.

I don't plan on shooting my air pistols into the box. IF I thought it would do anything I would shoot the freak out of them. I DO have an idea so work with me here.

WERE GONNA MAKE WINE!!!! . Just find a nice Merlot that likes light and temperature swings and but it in a five gallon carboy with an air loc. All the bubbles of CO2 and then a fine glass of wine at the end. For you with less refined taste you could make prison style banana peel or raisen brew and get drunk AND stoned!! I think it's genius and I'm not even that stoned.

Hey dank... did you punch a new hole in your box for your latest fan? I don't think it looks like a light leak but i have never seen a plant that got leaked on so late in a grow. She sure looks funky but sweet at the same time. How long you figure you gots to go before you break out the axe. Sending grow karma your way and think your sativa's have plenty of time to bulk up. NO worries budski!! Oops, last post was mine too. Maybe i will go check on catt.

i think its the new advertisements like the old attitute ones that were on the first post of each page. yeah make it a little bigger and dont have a light block on it. yeah ive never had a light leak. but its also weird cause the pistils on top where the bud is more fluffy are new pistils they have real small calyxes that arnt swollen at all. it looks like new growth. i never knew that flowering plants would put out new pistils so late in flowering. i am hoping ill be able to chop her down in 2 weeks so i can get her dry and have a little cure for some on 420. if shes not done ill proabably chop one cola down and smoke on that and let the rest finish

so took a pic last night and one top is looking super weird haha dont know whats up with her. gonna give her some water tonight since i forgot a ran out last night...

Hey dank. That thing really does look funky. She might be 1 of god's special children so treat her with love. I hate to say it but you should go to the problems forum. You will probably get an answer but will be ridiculed along the way for not knowing already haha. God love them some of those knuckleheads do know what they're talking about.
