I have aquired:

FOUR 42w (150 w equivalent) 6500k CFL's
FOUR 26w (100 w equivalent) 2700k CFL's

If I were to grow say 3 or 4 short autoflowering bubbilicious in one LARGE pot do you think that lighting should be enough to cover it? Assuming I plant them close together (not too close) and position the lights well.

Any input at all is appreciated!!! thanks

Hi, sorry noone has responded to you, that sounds like plenty of lighting to start off with, you might want to add some side lighting as the plants get bigger.

No, sorry. I haven't started yet. I'm trying to make sure I have what I need to I won't be rushed to get something new right in the middle of the process. I'm trying to not go at this completely blind and not prepared.

That makes total sense man, good job. What are you going to be growing in? What kind of soil? What kind of nutes do you plan on using?

I plan on using an organic soil bought locally. I would really really really like to get some FFOF but the only option would be to have it shipped and screw paying that much shipping on it. I will mix some peat moss and perlite in with the organic soil. I will be using FF nutes. My first grow will be bubblelicious auto!

Have you grown any Nirvana strains before?

I have not, someday I plan on getting some seeds from them, once I can afford it. I have some pretty good local stuff though.

That should be good.

I'm growing nirvana right now (2 blackjack/1 chrystal).

I have about 4 42w (2700k) 4 26w (2700k) and three 23w (6500k). One of my blackjacks is a beast and is about 5 ft tall, the other two are maybe a foot and a half. This is about 33 days into flowering.

My best advice is not to burn the leaves with nutes or the CFL's. My babies have some pretty bad burns from both I presume and I lost one due to an "accident."

You think it's not wise to use one huge pot and plant them together and get more use out of the lights? Seems much more efficient to me. Sort of have them grow as if they were one big plant but making sure the leaves don't overlap and they don't block light from eachother. Know what I mean? Seems like a good idea with cfl's.

It's better to grow in separate containers, easier to maintain, and you want each plant to have it's own space for roots.
