It can take a long time as long as they still look healthy dont worry about it. I run my DIY bucket aero cloner's pump 24/7 straight water (No B1, no clonex, no IAA/etc just plain well water)with a couple drops of H202 just incase something yucky wants to grow, but I've never had a problem. I just do it for insurance beacuse I really dont feel like cleaning the sprays/pvc out if it did happen). My temps are around 68-70 ish Takes around 10-12+ days give or take, they usually all root, every once in a while you get a slowpoke. I like to leave them till roots are about 12" or so then into soil that is thouroghly watered and spray for a few days till the roots spread out a bit in the soil. Once you figure it out 1 time its easy. Basically if your clone looks good(is standing up straight, not droopy, looks healthy just hang in there) Takes longer than you think it should, I think you just need more time, I wouldnt bother spraying them if they look ok. They will sometimes yellow a tiny bit right as they are putting roots out, but its no problem they recover once they get some nutes.
IMO, You simply need more time.
My cloner is similar to this one
