How much were 1watt LEDs ? 1$ each ? 90 LEDs Maybe $90 + fans and the DC wattage supply then a working air ventilation system. maybe run you $150 -$200 not including labor.....

I would like to see the 300watt light working that would be awesome

The 1 watt LEDs were 1$ each... the power supply was salvaged from a cpu,metal plate serves as a heatsync.... and a couple cpu fans for good measure... i have a working 200 watt led built by myself. I don't use it as i am on my first grow using my 600 watt hid/hps im gonna use the leds for mothers and clones...

Are you still going to post a write up/How to ?

Ive been wanting to look into doing my own LEDs. I just dont see how the prices for these things are being justified.

Yeah, im going to the thing is... i need to get more supplies as my light is already built... im thinking of building another one so i can follow the process with a how to.
