Yeah they are crowded. After I harvest I'm going to tear it apart and redo it. Right now the plants are 14" apart. When I rework it I'm going 18". I'm going to stick with the 4" pots because my homemade cloner is set up for 4". Makes it easy to transfer. Good luck on your run. Keep me updated.

What strand are you growing?

heres my pump setup. With your submersible are you having to use a chiller?

what watt lights are you running. You got one hell of a setup!!!
I'm using the lumatek digital ballasts. (3) 750 watt bulbs.

thanks for the props.

Yeah I trimmed once. I may need to do it again. Any advice on that? I took all the lowers off. I'm not hip on trimming. Is it ok to really thin them out? I was told to leave a lot of leaves as they act like solar panels. I would like to thin them out if it wont hurt them. What do you think?

Oh, I have tuff shed coming next week to set up a shed, I'm going to set up another room. Thread will follow.

removing the lowers is key. and yes, you have to thin them out.
I was told to leave a lot of leaves as they act like solar panels.
absolutely, they are solar panels.....but how much power is a solar panel covered by a carport gonna produce? follow?

go for it. and even trim the lowers on the individual branches.

just the stuff that will never get enough light and more importantly AIR

thanks for the tip. The carport analysis turned that bulb on in my head. Makes sense. I'll trim them when they wake up.
