My first custom design setup - 6"L*5'6W*6'7"H

So the electrician came by and suggested a separate circuit for my rig and he's not free till next Saturday.So gonna have to wait a week to continue the build. Rather do it right the first time!

The question is should I go soil or hydro??
I have experience with both. I think first run will be hydro then I'll do a soil run.

Its been a week. Here are the pics of the work in progress. At this point elterical work done to code. Dedicated circuit w/GFI's. Insulated sound proof and fire proof w/ mold resistant ceiling and paint. All seems and corners sealed w/ caulking. Vents holes with clear flexible sealant. All walls and floors and materials bleached. Ready to panda the walls next.

Very happy with all the work I put into this! Finish the doors/front wall next. Dry run for a few days to dial everything in. Then it's a new thread to show the real action! Gorilla glue!!

real nice setup homie. love the venting system you got going, really clean! no way to get fan and filter above you where the rest of the ducting is ?! will free up some room and save you maybe 1-2 degree F lol.

I was thinking maybe next time I get a new filter I should go with 2 smaller ones and putting each one in opposite ends of the ceiling. Idk we'll see. Good looks glockdoc!

Yeah man, that light looks like it's a bomb! Can't wait to see plants growing under it.

My grow room is incredibly similar! Your's is a bit cleaner mechanically, but I'm in a cmu basement as well, rockin a 1200w china LED and a P300 LED. Girls are loving it.

Nice to hear! Just dropped seeds we'll see...

Okay the seeds were crap which I suspected. So I hit a friend up at a bank and they helped me score some quality seeds. I'm waiting on some great genetics - Humboldt Chemdog, Barnies Blue Cheese, Dinafem Cheese, Dinafem OG Kush, THC Bomb, THC Cherry Bomb, & Afghan! Figure I'll be good till next spring
