My First Deficiency in Years and I have No Idea What it Is, Help please!

I have three plants sharing a reservoir of Jacks+calcinit and all three are showing showing signs of stress.

Last week I had discovered the pH had shot up to about 6.8 and I brought the pH back down to 5.8 and it is currently at 6.0. The nutrient solution consists of 600ppm of Jack's 5-12-26 and CalciNit (Jack's 2-part). The RO water was around 10 ppm by itself. I usually get lush green growth from start to finish and this is my first time experiencing deficiency in the past couple years using Jack's hydro. It looks like it's a mobile nutrient deficiency based on the lower leaves yellowing first. If I had to guess I would guess either nitrogen or magnesium deficiency but I'm really not sure. I see some people online suggesting to run Jack's 3-2-1 if using RO water but I never have because I was told that the calcium and mg levels in Jack's hydro was more than enough and I never had a problem before. I am now wondering if I should be doing 3-2-1 formula with my new RO filter? Also wondering if it could simply be an overall nutrient deficiency due to having high pH before? But I corrected the pH a week ago so I'm skeptic it could be some type of pH lockout. The only other factors I can think of are lighting is too intense, or I'm overfeeding, or a combination of both maybe? Lighting is COB LED currently at 500 umol. The roots look pretty white and healthy and smell fine so I have no reason to suspect rot. The plant in the photo below is the worst of all three plants showing deficiency.

The other two plants are not curling down like this plant is. Which kind of looks like over watering? I'm using perlite medium that incorporates SIPS (bottom feed) concept and I've never had over watering symptoms before using this style of grow though.

Would anyone be able to provide some insight as to what could possibly be happening here? Would appreciate it if so as I'm not experienced with deficiencies and feel like I'm chasing my tail trying to figure this out! Thanks for your time and have a great one.

The strain of all three plants is Soul Mate by breeder Bodhi, and are three different phenos grown from seed. The plant in the bottom photo can be seen in the lower left corner of the top photo. Thanks in advance!

Ok the only time I ever had a plant look like that was in soil. And even tho looking over watered the issue was not taking up water. Is your root zone ok? Plants can basicly dump their internal water back into soil or res to try to dilute and change ph or ec.

I think he took that plant out of his system and has the roots setting in a second cup just for the photo. Can you clarifiy...

Get them out of the solo cups and into some 1 gallon pots of perlite or whatever media you’re using. Looks like they’re not draining when your table does

Yes exactly. It is not root bound. Roots hang out the bottom of the cup into the reservoir below. They are white and healthy fwiw

Is your ppm going up or down day to day? Kinda look hungry to me but I’m no expert by any means
PPM is still sitting at 600-ish. I dont remember what it was exactly but i aim for 600 to 650 ppm usually. They definitely look hungry to me thats why im posting this.. just not sure why they're hungry or what they're hungry for.

Also check out the jacks forum page because some of those folks say they have to run at a higher ppm to avoid any deficiencies.
The forum is called 3 days on jacks 5-12-26 those folks may be able to point you in right direction. The formula your using I always see used as 3.6A 2.4B & 1.2epsom if I remember correctly
