My first grow using Big Bud

So i decided to start this grow journal a month into my plants growing from seeds,,, The square pots that they are in now where what they were transplanted into a week ago as when i removed them from smaller square pots they had mad roots waiting to be transfered..... the soil i am using is happy frog organic soil,,, I have my babies under a 4ft 2 bulb cool white flourescent light that i got for like 10 bucks..... The room is surrounded in mylar and im runnin the lights 24hrs for now... I plan on purchasing either today or tomorrow a 400 watt switchable light check the link to see the system if wanted::::system.Alternative Garden Supply - Hydroponics & Indoor Gardening Super Store After the purchase of the new light would if best to throw them under the metal halide light 18 on and 6 off.. will i notice a big difference when using the metal halides????? comments and suggestions greatly appreciated.
