My first light purchase, want to make sure I get it right

Gathering supplies for my first ever grow, very excited. I will grow in a 4x4 tent, and not wanting to diy, I'm leaning heavily towards a Timber framework light. Will a 600 watts be enough, or do I need the 900?

If 600 is ok, would you guys recommend the 600w Bridgelux Vero29 V7 COB assembly or the 600 watt Citizen CLU048 COB assembly

I noticed the vero is a 6 light unit, and the citizen a 12, does that have a big effect? Can they be hung the same height above the plant, or does one need to be further than the other?

Thanks for any help, just want to make sure I make an informed purchase since it's $1000+
