ok, so I read some here and decided to try myself to maximize my limited vertical and light source space by using the Low Stress Training technique.

Past grow shot way up towards lights, so this one was designed to optimize distance for my smallish LED set up.

It was fun to guide the colas using gardening staples.

It's day 57 btw. Want more amber b4 harvesting Seedsman White Widow, grown in amended FFOF soil, no ph adjustments and GO box ferts (never more than 1/2 strength). Previous grow was 2.5 oz off 2 plants in same sit, but that was 1st time grown in this setup.

Next grow ill experiment with plain ro and supersoil method.
