My First super cropping

so I did a super cropping to my plants. they were getting tall and once I flipped they would touch my light.. I cant move the light any higher and im nervous I might have done it wrong since this was my first try. let me know how I did. they seem to look ok and are moving towards the light.. my only question is, will they move up light they were or can I make them stay at that 90 degree bend and have them grow up side ways up. Just wanted to give it more gap space from the light. CHeers

That version of supercropping I named High Stress Training, basically a similar technique as snapping the hurd. Stopped using it in 2001 in favor of Low Stress Training. Look it up, it's better for your plants.
What you've done was easy and will get the job done, but I think you'll appreciate the nice even growth after training created by LST.
