My Grow Room Challenge!

Ok I wanna build the best grow tent possible ,I will be putting it inside a old tool shed.I need to make the best out of my money , The grow tent im getting is 76x76x76,I already have one small 6 plant "billyponic system" and Ive been using make shift lights.My budget is 550$ - 100$ for the grow tent which leaves a total of 450$ .So i wanna get the best bang for my buck and complete my grow tent/room. Im gonna place orders in the next 2 hours, So I need quick answer on best lights for my budget , and the best cheap grow system ,I really like the idea of dwc . But I want something that can produce bigger plants lmk your ideas fast !!!dont forget my budget

ok so i need a shorter tent around 68" tall just went outside and measured. And should I go L.e.D Or Mh/hps Lights

yes amazon.com seems really well priced all i did was search grow tents. Ive been using them for everything
