How is she doing?

So far i've been growing this thing for a while. I simply planted a seed and have watched it grow, i have just now noticed these things developing.. what are they? And what does it mean?

yeah the hairs, any idea on how much longer till it's smokable?

it has to start to bud than 8-12 weeks after that

is there a point in the budding where it will just stop? like how will i know when i can harvest? or at that point is it for me to decide?

when 75% of hairs turn brown
