What up farmers! I'm still fat and happy from thanksgiving and have been buzy with my new gear...I posted a whole shit ton of videos on youtube, but wanted to show off my new grow on here :hump:

This is the fourth box I picked up from UH and it's all LED. Def my favorite. I use it for my mother plants, clones, and plan on blooming the first 2-3 weeks under them before transfer to an HPS to finish. This was my first run in it so I figured that I would just let it go all the way. Here's a video too;

I only got between 6-7oz but as you can see I had a lot of dead space in my canopy too. I should have either vegged longer, or run a few more plants. Either way, I think I'm in love with my new toy! :bigjoint:

Ya. Pretty expensive and I'm sure I'll get shit for buying a prefab but it worked right out of the box. I had the money and it doesn't take long for it to pay for itself.

Be careful with that youtube shit man.
Article last week about some kid getting busted because he shot a vid and some labels or something with his name were showing.

He filmed a reflection of his face and zoomed the camera in on a mail package with his name and address on it... That's like going out of the way to get busted.

I dont care for these cabinets they make as I think they really do screw people over on what they charge since it's very basic and would take maybe an hour to do at home for about $200 max but if money or the feeling of being gouged dont bother you go for it... Everyone knows if you do do youtube you make sure the account is mad while under proxies and you don't create it with any real info or an email you ll ever use to send or recieve email. Everybit of info has to be fake and definatly use proxies as youtube accounts if not done like that basically have all your info and ips and names and such associated with them and very easy to get that info.

Thanks for the tip on the youtube thing, much obliged. As for the box, to each his own right? I knew it was pricey when I bought it, but $200 and an hour is bit of a stretch. The metal cabinet alone would cost more than $200 just for shipping by ground freight...let alone all the goodies inside.

Cabinetgrown....You have a Homedepot by you? If so $200 is being generous.... I have done many DIY threads here as my thing I liked to do was look at products being marketed and then show how to build it yourself for much less. I have built these type setups before and its really really simple and fast since there really isn't much to them. I started a how to build your own BC bud Box for under $500 but havent went back and posted the actual build but those sell for few grand and really not hard to do. I reveresed and showed how to build the aeroflo setups and how a 48 site setup that sells for about $900 cost about $185 to do in a day but like you said each there own some aren't very good at building things and some are. I just love to do what these folks do at frsaction of the cost and share with others how its done....I just saw a setup called the Under Current Recirculating Water Culture System which seems to sell for over two grand for 16 site system so think I will do one in the DIY section as I think I can do it for under $350 complete...

That's awesome! More power to you sir. Ever consider going into business yourself? I still say there's no way you can build one of these for $200...I'll tune in for sure if you do it! The cabinet itself is welded steel, not the snap together type...don't think you can get that at home depot. What about the LED's? You know where I can get those for pennies on the dollar? Here is the box I bought http://www.cabinetgrow.com/stacker-soil/ . I found similar LEDs I could get from China, but after shipping I would have paid about $350 a piece. Now that I've got my grow going I may be able to invest in some tools and such to expand on my set up. Wouldn't mind tinkering around trying to build my own, but I'm really tempted to just buy another one of the shelf :mrgreen:
