My New Ultimate Grow Room

Hey guys, its almost time to buy some more equipment for my New Ultimate Grow Room, its 7.5'x11'x8'. I was wondering if you guys can lend some opinions on what i should do here equipment wise. i dont have much so i kinda need to get a whole new setup.
This is my first grow but i have plenty of friends that grow and that will help me with the growing part
But i want my room to be crazy so i want to hear your guys' opinions cuz i am open to anything, so please please help cuz i am planning on starting to grow within the next two weeks and i want to get to the hydro store within the next few days

This is what i have already...

-1000w HPS 4" air cooled Light
-400w HPS light with no hood
-4" Vortex Fan
-2 Florescent 3.5 foot tube lights

What else should i put in the room to maximize yields, i don't really have a budget so i am open to anything. NO HYDRO please.

sweet thanks, ya its turned out pretty nice so far considering that i have never built a room in my life but ya i will definitely start a grow journal once i get my clones thanks once again!

divide it into 2 rooms, a larger one for the 1000w doing flower. maybe a third of the room for a veg side. Veg side divided so that the 400w can be used to veg before going under the 1000w. Use your flourescents for a clone and mom area. You can even divide the veg space vertically so that it takes up even less room with the moms and clones on the bottom and the early veg in top.

ron paul!! gotta love that guy too bad he wasnt voted president.... but anyways thats a pretty good idea,ill keep it in mind thank you, i forgot to mention that i am getting HPS/MH ballasts and i want to use the entire room for veggin then flowreing i dont really want to deal with seperate rooms i would rather switch out the bulbs so i can have the biggest flowing room possible, do you thin 2 1000w light will be enough for the room, and remember ill have the two fluros too, they will be mounted on the back wall horizontaly for side lighting

r u going to have a seperate room for mom's and clones some where? It is much more efficient to have a mom or two and clones than starting from seeds every time, at least 30 days per cycle. From what I have read 1000w can cover ~ 8x8 area. Get some mylar on those walls, or at least white paint. Your equip list at least light wise looks good for the amount of space you are working with. If you do a three part room as I suggested you can veg for a while under 400w and kick it to flower if you don't have room under the 1000w yet. You are going to need a better exhaust/cooling system and smell control, read around on here for ideas. I would focus on cooling and exhaust fans before worrying about CO2 or anything else.
