My next setup

I'm going to be getting a new apt next year which will be much bigger. This is what I'm thinking of. Am I on the right track as far as costs and shit? It will be DWC btw
I have:
the buckets and pumps/lines/airstones.
4x120mm fans (need 1+adapter)
tower fan
all the cfls
