Well....They are all gone. Long story short I had a sheriff chopper circle my house 3-4 times VERY low, low enough to were I could see the pilot and the lookouts face. I figured the cops would be on the way.........



sooooooo I had a nice bonfire and now they are all gone.

Anyyyyways a quick update on how the plants WERE, They were all budding VERY nicely. RREAALLY healthy since you guys last saw them all and every plant was about a foot taller. Two of them were taller than me so they were a little over six foot. I did an early harvest on two of them that were very pretty close to being done and got about 3 ounces each, and I made some super stoney butter with ALL of the clipping

You guys have no idea how pissed I am.......Maybe I was being a little paranoid but that chopper was way to low to my house....better safe than sorry.

Now I have a question....even if the chopper did see them would they need some sort of warrant to use anything they had seen from the air???

I think what they find from the air is used to get a warrant to search your house. If they find anything during the search the chopper pigs can then be used as witnesses. That's how it worked for a friend of mine in Benicia, CA.

Ok good because I got all that I harvested at a safe house right now along with my scale, etc.

Actually I still have my cloner at my house but it has no plants in it.

Do you think I should bother getting all my pieces and my small stash out of the house too for a couple days? Or do you think they would just check my backyard and closets? They stick you with a nice misdemeanor here in Florida for every piece of paraphernalia they find so maybe I should get them out of my house.

Alllso should I worry about searching for any fallen leaves etc.?

Fdd I may be living in Cali soon. I hate Florida.

I was just given morphine at the hospital a little while back but I cant even grow/smoke a little pot.

I wish I had the luxury of being able to stand next to my plants and take pictures of the police chopper hovering above my house in a carefree manner. You have no idea how jealous I am of that. I will just have to live Vicariously through you guys until I get something else going.

sorry to hear about the loss..same exact thing happened to my uncle...but the cops never came...he had a nice smelly fire however! :) :(

Yeah its pretty shitty. I was having a really bad panic attack looking at the cop hanging out the side of the chopper with his damn bincolulars circling my backyard...fucking neighbors must have been on my property spying on me, only way I can think of anyone finding out about them.

No cops have come yet but I am very happy I was home to witness the chopper otherwise id still have the plants sitting in my backyard with no idea. I wonder how long it would take them to get a warrant and make it over to my house if that is whats happening. a day, a week?

I hate florida laws, they are pretty bad so I am taking no chances.

Oh and one more legal question lets see if anyone can answer...If They do raid my house and dont find anything but maybe a couple dried up pot leaves from where my plants used to be and some dug up ground which would show that I was growing...would they be able to do anything without actually finding any plants?

If they don't find any plants I would assume you would be fine since there is no evidence to prove it. Even if they did take footage from the air I don't think the quality of the footage would be good enough for a DA to say it was marijuana for sure. You prob made the right choice...and atleast you got some decent smoke in the end.

If it were me, I would get *everything* pertaining to potawanna, including your cloner, rolling papers, bong or whatever, plant some japanese maple or false arailia (sp?) where the plant(s) were and make sure you clean up every speck of dead leaves and other evidence. Japanese maples and false arailias look like pot. If they come in and that's what you have there and they find something that looks like pot but it's not, they will look like fools, especially to the judge that gave them the search warrant and they'll be a lot less likely to mess with you next year.

they grow very nice strains like oh momma lol

Yeah I already did all that and then I planted some of my girlfriends big rose bushes along with my bushy tomato plants back there. I am actually hoping they bust down my door at this point so I can laugh at them. Thanks for all the support guys this week has been shitty....

but like timfbmx said at least I got some decent smoke in the end so it wasn't all for nothing. I love you guys, thanks for keeping me happy...at least I can still be somewhat involved with the pot growing community via this website.

I wish I could get hooked up with some big time growers and go fucking work with them. That is my dream....to get hooked up with some big growers over in Europe and just spend my life gardening...fuck working a 9 to 5 and abiding to all these ridiculous and stupid laws...why the fuck cant I live my life how I want as long as im not affecting anyone else's life in a negative manner? Fuck the land of the "FREE".

Last night I had a chopper with hardly any light fly over my house about a dozen times with 3 squad cars parked down the road....do you think they were looking for my plants and if they would have foudn them sent the cops that were waiting down the road to my house?

Once again it was pretty fucking scary.....FUCK THIS COUNTRY and fuck these cops. :leaf::leaf::leaf:

Yeah....I was honestly really fucking scared. Its sad that the cops do this shit over one kid and his girlfriend growing a couple plants for personal use..... :peace:

I dont like supporting any of the dealers around here because they all sell hard drugs as well...and im not a fan of any hard drugs so I wanted to grow my own stuff.

Whatever....I need to find a new Country... Or move to Cali even though the med users and such over there get shitted on all the time as well.

wow man...thats terrible. you did the right thing though. If they were to get a warrant though, they might be able to use your computer as evidence and pictures on cameras but im sure you thought of that. i cant imagine how paranoid you are man, well kinda but wow. good luck with future grows.
