Black afghani kush! Good eye. Hey also had a question for ya greasemonkeyman. I came across some old mushroom grow bags. They are just peat an completely covered in white mylicium. Think this could be of benefit to boost my soil food web. And going to be cooking in my final flowering pots from now on and not messing up the web at all before transplant.

I can get 100s of these. If they are helpful.
I would use it, sure, just consider it as your "peat" source as opposed to compost, to be safe, and match it with aeration too.
I would jump all over that.

Those pics were of an earlier recipe which was much d the same but with blood meal. Bone meal and feather meal. Of course the ratios on ammendments are a bit different. But yea water only with basic Ewc tea every other week. They love it!! Stay tuned will be updating with new pics in a few days.
What is "water only with basic Ewc tea every other week" I'm sorry, I'm trying to soak up everything for when my beans get here. Some of the terminology gets me tho.

With organic ammended soils we can go virtually through whole process with no liquid nutrients. Ewc = earth worm castings. Organic growers best friend. And a tea bubbled with Ewc and molasses will boost all the micro organisms which in turn break down amendments and turn into food. Thus water only with teas to boost soils potential I guess. There is science behind it all. I dont pretend to understad it all. A good read would be teaming with microbes.

sweet! It was you, nice, i'm highfiving myself on the accuracy of my memory!
Course I am ALWAYS sober.... I haven't ever been on this forum while baked... ironic I think.
Well, +2 on your elephant-like memory..... I looked back in the ROLS thread, and it was in fact a bag of charcoal that I mentioned backing over in my driveway and not lava rock.

AHH... even better!
like I said though, I think i'm the only unfortunate guy that is on this site sober...
Working on engines/moving parts while baked isn't recommended.
Gotta remember where shit goes..
Good to know that my memory works... for now.
