my PE jars

Hey fellas so all my jars seem to be less brilliant white closer to the top and become more pure white with perfect rizomorphic (spelling?) growth as they spread down. I feel like there is nothing wrong but I'm just looking for a second opinion. Here's a pic of one of the jars, I wish it would show the ropey growth better, it looks textbook perfect. It's also a wee whiter than the picture shows andfrom what I can find online, it looks okay. I think the myc is just further into thejar and is surfacing more towards the bottom, if I look at it from and angle it has more myc features than mold. Either way, second opinion? :D

Edit: I just want to add, it's not an off white like mold, it seems the same white as the myc below just less intense, hence my mentioning it may simply be further into the sub than the surface.

mycelium tends to be somewhat transparent and will seem to take on some of the tint of the substrate. It can also get yellow with age or when it exudes metabolites, these can be piss yellow.

it may also tend to tint blue or green with bruising, temperature variations, reactions to being misted or when the mycelium becomes Arial.

your picture shows healthy mycelium, just as you suspected.

you just made me so happy, every jar is like that, that means I have (so far) 100% success rate with zero contamination. I'm gonna be smiling like a jackass for the rest of the night at work.
