Clarify what you mean by stress? Just bend it over at a 90 but try not to snap the branch. If you do snap it just tape it back together

I just undid my tent and let it grow past it. But thats just me.

You can see the buds have now outgrown my tent.

I suggest doing a scrog grow next time.

I would scoot everything as close together between those two lights as you can.

If Its still not enough then I would go out add more light.

I would just leave it alone.
Every grow I have a plant or two that grows higher than the rest.
There's enough light bouncing around the room to keep the tops happy and
the shorter plants get the light they need.

mate got the exact same problem right now but I'm not in a tent I bent them 90 degrees by pinching the tops and slowly bending them over without breaking the main stem and within a day the heads have pointed up towards the lights

Bend it over tie dental floss around top of plant drill little hole into the side of your pot stick other end of floss through the hole pull floss tighter so branch will bend more then tie it in a knot n your good to go

I would low stress train the top part. About an hour or so after you water it the plant will become easyer to bend. Put a string around the top and put a screw in the side of the pot. Then bend it to the point you think if you go more it will break. But b4 it breaks tie it on that screw. Do it agin in the next couple days.

You should be able to get it.. if not then close.
