My plant has some nute problems. Whats the best nutes i can get at lowes or walmart

Hello...its lookin like i have a nute problem..my bottom fan leaves are pretty yellow and not looking good..what are some good nutes for vegetative stage that i can pick up at Lowe's or walmart or even meijers..im using miracle gro organic choice soil and the only thing i have to feed it is miracle gro all purpose plant food..says its 12-4-8 but that was about a week and a half ago that i fed it that and it wasnt much..my plant is a little over 5 weeks old

the only good fert ive seen at walmart is liquid fish fert they mostly carry miracle gro which is not to bad..
go online HOMEHARVEST.COM and get fox farms..

I've used schultz from the HD and it worked ok for me its 10-15-10..I think wal mart carries it too.
