My plant hasn’t had new growth in a week

Hi growers!

first time grower here.

I’m growing a Girl Scout cookie plant and a critical orange punch plant, the critical orange punch is doing great and growing fast every day but my Girl Scout cookie just hasn’t had any new growth and basically stayed the same for the past week, I switched to 12/12 like 2 weeks ago now as I switched early after 3 weeks in veg,

Yeah I would say slow growth could be because the plant is root bound or close to it ....transplant her and I think she will take off ...could be wrong but like phillyalex said theres not much soil there to begin with .

Switch it to 24/7 lights on. That plant does not even have arm's yet. At this rate it will have a small nug on top at most.
A plant will only grow 25 percent taller than it's existing height give or take when flowering. That's why it seems as if it's not growing anymore.
