my plant is burning HELPPPPP

my plant is about 2 weeks old. it has 6 leaves. 2 fan leaves, 2 big and 2 small of the other kind. the 2 big of the other kind are burning. i left the CFL light bulb on (20 watt) all night. and one of the leaves at the edge has curled up a little bit an the other leaf has )at the edge has turned yellow a bit. what can i do to save my plant? will it be ok. wat should i doooooo

It'll recover. Don't let it happen again.

only 2 weeks old eh.... if the light wuz the cause then just be more careful, it will be fine......

but i must say, and without pic's i can't say for sure, but almost sounds like a nutrient prob, specially if they are only 2 weeks old.......

so i must ask, did ya feed them a full nutz mix a day or 2 before? if so forget thinkin it's the lights and flush the soil with straight water, then feed just water the next 2 times and half water/fert mix the third......or less fert to water ratio even...

but like i say, no pics and gotta answere that Q too...

sounds like heat stress. the yellowing cound be needing fed. are you feeding it yet.

i doubt you will get heat stress from a 20 watt cfl.. do those even get hot?? i mean with a cfl, your plant should be able to touch it non stop and not get too hot. you probably have nute burn. DO NOT FEED SEEDLINGS!! normally you want to wait 3-4 weeks to feed and when you start, you should start feeding at 50% strength or so and work your way up from there.. if you haven't fed your plant yet, could you be using a soil with nutes already in it like miracle grow?

yea i took soil from my mom (that she previoulsy mixed) since i knew it did not have bugs in it. And it did have nutes in it. but i am 99% positive that the reason the two leaves are burning is because i left the CFL light on the plant for like 22 hrs. cuz its been on the plant for about 5 or 6 days and no burning acurd until i left it on for that long. but what should i do to fix the problem? i dont think its the nutes that is the problem because the nutes displayed no problem in its growth before. should i keep the light off for a little bit? i gave the plant a lot of water once i discoverd the burns and the plant drained the water very quick. so wat should i do know
