My plant split into a Y on its own, how does this happen +rep for answers

So heres a pic of my plant it is about 2 months old and tiny 7-8 inches but has a madddd root structure of real heallthly thick white roots. But i was lookin closer today and seen it split into 2. I never cut in once or tied it down. It never has been hit with anything or nothing has fallen on it. WTF!?!?!?!? + rep for help on this one.

ive had it happen but to me that looks more like a tipping are you sure nothing got to it...

either that or the node structure on your plant waz close together and they both just became like a top and are growing at an equalish rate. so basically maybe its just the way your pant grew none ive had do the same thing looked like that really there was a little bit of differance beetween the two sides

well thats my guess at y it happens
basically nodal structure and growth rate i ut it down too..

you also get plants that only get one branch where there shoulda been two

I've had it happen also. Shit happens, no biggie...
