Alright so I had an nitrogen toxicity a week or so ago and now I believe I'm dealing with a few other issues.

Cal/mag? I already watered this plant with some cal/mag btw

I think your on the money on both plants. Left over nute burn on first plant and second plant is definitely potassium... hope this helps... but you nailed it I think...
