It looks like you have a couple of problems. 1: Your plants aren't getting enough light, therefore they are stretching like crazy. 2: It looks like water splash burns or solution burns. From what I've read its best to spray nutes or pesticides when the lights are off and will be off for an extended amount of time. Do you foliar feed? Here's a great link with pics to help you determine what ails your ladies. Good Luck.

its the top leaves on most of them

Mn - MANGANESE (Mn)

Necrotic and yellow spots form on top leaves. Mn deficiency occurs when large amounts of Mg are present in the soil. Foliar feed with any chemical fertilizer containing Mn.

Fertilizer applied in liquid form to the plants foliage in a fine spray.

The application of a dilute solution of fertilizer to a plant’s leaves; useful as an emergency treatment for correcting trace element problems.

The feeding of plants by misting them with a nutrient rich solution on their leaves.

Using a mister or spray bottle to deliver fertilizer solution directly to the foliage.

Foliar Feeding with the lights on is like burning ants under a magnifying glass. When the light hits the water, it is like going through a magnifying glass burning your plants; making you think that the plants are sick or diseased. In some cases with good wetting agents you can completely burn your plants to a crisp. Your plants must be dry when the light comes on or you WILL burn them. Burning the plants while foliar feeding will make the plants more likely to get sick.

i watched a video "ready set grow high times marijuana" .
the guy says misting the plants while the lights are on is ok aslong as youve a fan blowing on them and something to extract the condensation to avoid fungus/moss or whatever.
but NOT to mist them while budding.
check it out its on youtube.
