My plants are turning yellow helpppp fisrt groww!!!

Ok i started growing on december 10 2013 and everytin went well till a couple days the strt to turn yellow....!! Help

Magnesium.

Potassium (K) Def

it's magnesium deficiency. Best remedy is 1 tablespoon epsom salt per gallon of water.
