My plants leaves... pointing up...

hello everyone How are you guys doing i hope everyone is enjoying life. Well i was wondering what it means when my seedlings leaves are pointing strait up like in prayer form. it is interesting cause they are getting taller and all that but some of them seem to want to pray all day long. is this normal or is this some sort of deficiancy? Thanks in advance.

the light is too far away, bring it closer and they should stop "praying"

Thanks i will try to get the lights closer to them it isn't that warm in there so i have a feeling the lights are to far away i will get them closer to them. Thanks for all the help.

If it gets really dramatic and moving the lights doesn't help, it could be a Mg deficiency.

But do all the other stuff and see before you start adding any supplements.

i had somwhat the same problem u have ,, i noticed that a few leafs were gettin burned & didnt know why ,, so 1 night i decided to stay up & see what the problem was ,... i discovered that while it was dark in my room ,, it got cold & the leafs were pointing straight up , & when the lights came on the leafs were still pointing up touching the bulb , .. i had to move bulb further away & keep my windows shut it worked ,, whats the temp in ur room during lights *off & during lights on..???

Dolomite lime, or epsom salts (prefer a horticultural version to a pharmacy product, if you can find one.) Search the forums / usual resources for dosage/application info appropriate to your grow.

hi my leaves are pointing up also. all of them. but my plats are really green, growing fast and don't have any burn marks. they are outdoor also if that helps. is there even a problem or are they just loving life?
