When plant's are ready to die for the winter the will start going brown, This could be one reason. An other is that there is a salt build up in your root system. However that will come's in the form of the whole leaf going yellow then brown. To me my fellow smoker:bigjoint: and grower, they just look fine and dandy!! :bigjoint:

good job, no worries about the brown tips your ready to harvest! Chop those mofos. Did you flush? That could also be the cause of the tips. When im that far along I usually have more discoloring than that. But it never affects the product that far towards the end.

what kind of lights are you useing? and is that foil on the walls? plants look nice, trchrome look good, but buds look small how long have they been flowering? dont go by the hairs, get you a magnafieing glass or a micro scope from radio shack. and when those tri chromes turn amber then your done, not before. by then those bud should get fatter.

Does any one know when a good indicator to start flushing is?
if you have a good magnafine glass check the tricombs.
at first they will be clear than they will start to be coudy as soon as you see the start to turn amber flush for atleast 3 to 4 days. I like to flush for about a week to get out the cemical taste. tricombs should be amber on atleast half of the plant.
