Follow this link - http://www.aerogrow.com/community/index.php/hardware-troubleshooting.html - and click on "Guide to Troubleshooting the Pump" and "Pump Cleaning Video". That will help a lot. There's also some printable instructions somewhere. When my pump went out, AG company told me that the plants should be fine as long the roots are down in the water. Just use your air pump to oxygenate your water until you get your new one ordered from AG Company.

he says "if you have small plants"....... i can take them out of the pods in order to take out the tray to flip it .....

im in my 4th day of flowering and my roots are all over the place....is this worth it? can i water them manually and just make up for the lack with extra water pumps?

or is it worth it to take my plants out and keeping the roots in water (i just dont know cause some of them are kinda big) ...trying to take this thing apart possibly only finding out that ill have to order another pump..which then will take who knows how many days....

ugghh

If I were you, I'd just call them and order a new one. Keep your plants going in the AG and keep them watered by filling the reservoire. Got get a $5.00 air pump at PetSmart and a bubble stone. Hook it up and just move the bubble stone around from time to time to prevent root rot. The bubbles will keep your water oxygenated and the plants don't necessarily need the pump anymore as long as the roots are in the water.

Looks okay to me. Your bubbles are a little foamy but that ok. You probably have some weird crap in your water. Give it some time to see how it's going. If it just keeps getting more foamy, you might have to change out the water in your reservoir. The foam bubbles should pop though.
