Sounds okay but the bark, never had good luck with barky soil. I'm going with organic sunshine soil and there is hardly any bark. There are a lot of others out there though like FFOF but I won't get that anymore cause from where I get it there is fruit flys in it. And I'm not the only one but FFOF is good though if you don't get eggs in it.

Exactly!! Jesus and cow manure is little strong 2, If you use what I have dealt with. Fresh fresh cow manure, like was liquid once with piss and shit and was amended 2 top soil strong stuff got 2 let it sit over winter on a compost.

Instead of cow manure is mulch better? The soil ammendment one it has npk but at very low percents like .25 nitrogen .15 potash and .10 potassium. Kinda low budget mix i want something that can keep my plants happy.

I'd recommend composted poultry manure/litter over cow manure for indoor growing. If you get cow manure it should be labeled Composted cow manure, NPK is usually around 0.5-0.5-0.2 (varies) which is perfectly safe (shouldn't burn).
Your local Home Depot more than likely carries Espoma organic gardening products. Go pick up some Bio-Tone Starter+ (which has myco) and/or Garden-Tone or Plant-Tone. These are complete organic fertilizers.

Also, 25 percent perlite is way over-kill if you ask me. Rumor has it that quality professional potting mixes are about 2% perlite; I try not to have any more than 10%, but I certainly wouldn't add any more to a mix like Ocean Forest or Sunshine because it seems to have plenty. Of course there is a reason or two why you don't want tons of perlite. It doesn't have any CEC and thus doesn't hold onto nutrients. It also doesn't retain water so good. I would say if you have a shit ton of perlite in your mix you should expect to water and feed more frequently.
