My state (Ohio) just passed legal Rec weed last night,now what?

Last night Ohio passed for legal recreational weed,that includes cultivation of 6 plants per person and up to 12 per household.I have been growing for personal amount indoors,but now that legalization has passed,I would like to grow some auto's outdoors this coming spring.My question is,how do I know when I am "oficially" allowed to grow?Is there a website,or someone in my area that can verify that I have the green light to start growing without any concern of law enforcement?This is a huge relief to finally become legal,but I don't want to jump the gun and risk getting in trouble .

Issue 1 was an actual amendment to the state constitution and so that has a different path to enforcement than Issue 2, which was simply a law. Issue 2 has a path that includes going through the statehouse still. From a recent news article that I read:
"Unlike the abortion rights amendment, Issue 2 appears as an initiated statute — giving state lawmakers the final word. The governor does not have the authority to veto a proposal made law via the ballot, according to the Ohio Constitution, but legislators can still propose and pass modifications to the new law after the election."

Make sure outdoor cultivation is legal . Here in CT I can have 6 indoor , 12 max per domicile . Outdoors is illegal though .

I also read that the law will be effective after 30 day's.But it also states that the states legislature can modify or even repeal the measure.So i am trying to figure out how to find out what's final as far as the laws are concerned,and when exactly they go into effect.I am not sure if the states legislature wants to make changes if that delay's the initial 30 day's ?

I am curious what the specific rule is on growing? I understand the in a secure place where someone under 21 cant have access.

6 total or 6 in flower + some clones?

Thats how I always interpreted it. I read somewhere "clones under 8 inches and not showing sex are considered hemp"

I couldnt find that in a formal legislature, just a random internet finding.

Here is a not so great update.
2 weeks into adult use and flowers at the local dispensary have gone nuts. lowest 10th 220 per oz for crap. my local stock level for months has been 230 plus choices down to 160's. Street pot holding at $200 oz for fire. After the adult opening the traffic seemed up but all dispensaries are prioratizing medical folks in the lines.

Bright spot is pricing in NW ohio is under pressure from Michigan pot and vapes.
We have also seen signs from a Cali group selling delivered pot but I do not see them staying long. Prices are 300 per oz and very limeted choices.

What is your opinion on what will come for the state? Will they be more like michigan or more like illionois with how strict licensing and pricing is?

The ability of the government to royally screw up everything is very well known. The fact that cannabis still has restrictions while alcohol kills thousands should be a crime.
My guess is that with decrim of weed the secondary market is going to explode when the customers realize that they can buy great weed for 1/3 to 1/2 the dispensary prices. Much like California this will drive secondary suppliers to compete. As California has found out cartels do not price cut, they throat cut.
I can see the government having to spend all the tax money from cannabis sales on law enforcement AGAIN for cannabis.
