My tent broke

ugh just got a grow tent small from HTG and the damn front zipper broke completly off, any suggestions. will take pics if needed

I would call them. They should send a replacement. If the tent is currently in operation maybe you could get them to send you a replacement first...

yeah i contacted them but the design makes me think its ganna keep happening. thinking about getting velcro straps and rigging it up

i dont know if the velcro is ganna work now that i think about it. someones gatta have a idea

please someones had to have a similar problem

your gonna wanna contact them immediately and demand a replacement , sounds similar to my aerogarden waterpump situation. I called and they sent replacement- it actually arrived today via UPS. but yeah just call customer service, you paid good money so you deserve the best

demand a replacement. sometimes these companies dont even want to pay return shipping so they let you keep the old shit because they are lazy. (hey it happened when i got my bed. needed a replacement and just got an entirely free bed frame shipped. never had to ship back anything.)

if anything it will be worth it to just see if its a flaw in the one you got. if it happens again with the new one then consider rigging it or asking for a refund and finding a different tent setup.
