Well, some guys just go ahead and leave it sleeping for 24 hrs before changing to 12/12..
Just like you was before, I believe fan on when lights are on, or 2 hrs more than the lights or sthn.. :-o
Dunno for sure tho, bro!

Aye... I have fans rigged up to the same timer as my lights... So whenever the lights are on, the fans kick in... It's been doing me okay so far.

I don't have that timer but it's not a problem for me to schedule my time and just plug and unplug the thing. Isn't it like a natural thing to grow by a certain height and then flower(or flower during the height growing period), or it will start flowering as soon as it gets into that 12/12 cycle? :leaf:

The plant will be in a veg state whilst you're giving her MORE than 12 hours light a day. Meaning she'll just keep growing and growing, no flowering at all. Once you switch to 12/12 lighting, she thinks it's the season to begin putting herself into flower. She'll still continue to grow once you switch to flower, but it will slow down over time as she starts putting more energy into the buds, and less into producing new stems n branches.

I personally, and I'm guessing most of the growers on here would agree (beginners and experienced alike), wouldn't risk messing with the light schedule by doing it manually.

My timers cost me less than £2 each. They're easy to find in pretty much any big store. Then you just sort out the timings you want, and leave things be.

So to clarify. All the time she's on 18/6 or whatever veg light schedule you're using... She'll just keep growing and growing... She could grow to 10ft tall and still not flower (as far as I'm aware).... She'll only kick into flower once you've turned her onto a 12/12 light schedule.

I have ordered a timer and am waiting to be delivered. Anything about chemicals and stuff or it is not good to spray it yet? :peace: :leaf:

Healthy green growth. I really think if you add at least two more bulbs(6500k or 5000k)though you will be better off. Looks like she stretched a bit at the beginning. How is the situation with your landlord?

You in the UK too? Or somewhere random that uses the same plugs we do. :P

Just make sure the switch on the side of it is set to 'timer' or 'T' or whatever... otherwise it'll bypass the timer altogether and just leave your lights on 24/7.

I have traveled a bit and have left her without water for like 3 days but when I came back i replanted her and except the 4-5 burnt leaves everything else seems alright so far.
