My top leaves drooping badly

Just checked on my plant and the top leaves are drooping like hell. The light etc is correct distance away, everything is normal, but I'm not sure if this is a sign that the plant needs water or not as the soil still feels damp when I poke my finger in but not really wet. Maybe it's because the plant is growing so quickly and used all the nutrients/water faster than usual? I just need any suggestions.
Thank you

how long does it take for the soil to dry out between waterings? it looks like overwatering at first glance, but it could be other things.
you're feeding a little heavy, the foliage is a little too dark, and its starting to show signs of claw. if you recently fed it heavy, cut back a little, may be N tox in that new growth.

Usually 2-3 days between waterings but the plant is starting to flower so I assume it is probably using a bit more nutrients/water than usual. I'm not sure it's overfeeding as I've watered the plant the exact same over its whole life.

LED lights don't cause plants to drink as much as HPS imo, it could very well be as Electrum said overwatering causing possible N toxicity. Try picking up the pot or pots before watering to see how heavy they are. If they aren't lightish right before watering, your probably over watering and need to reduce schedule or add more light. I try not to even water my plants (in coco) unless the plants are ready meaning the pots are at least half their weight from last water. Same principle should probably be applied to soil. However, I've personally never seen plants claw from being under-watered so I don't believe that's your issue.

Another strange thing I noticed is this happens for the last few hours of light cycle each day. (Usually it was just minor but this is the worst it's gotten.) I'm on 18/6 (auto)

LED grows transpire less ( watering is less frequent ) AND require LESS feeding than other light setups.

During the light cycle ... Plants will absorb just so much energy and will droop.
I would concentrate more into dropping N a bit and lighten up the watering .
