good so i CAN use tupperware... i wanted to start curing tonight. im so looking forward to smoking this. does it gain potency after curing? cuz i smoked a little when it was still a little wet... i wasnt impressed at all
The more air tight the container the slower you are able to cure, and this help pull the moisture from the center on your nugs, so almost all of your cannaboids change to their psychoactive form. Yes, your herb will gain potency with the cure. As moisture is removed the cannaboids (what get you twisted) changed from an acidic, non-psychoactive chemical to a neutral psychoactive form.

If you use tupperware put a slice of orange in during the last week, because sometimes your bud tastes "plasticy". Dont use zip lock bags they are very poor for curing. You can get a 6 pack of mason jars at wally world, or off the net for like $10...or less. I can understand people who do multi-pounds each month using large rubbermaid tubs for curing, but you dont have that much to cure so get the mason jars please
EDIT: Nice first grow by the way. I hope you enjoyed it, and I hope this experience gave you a new love for our beloved ganja. So don't skimp at the final leg of your grow...get the mason jars!
thank you! i went to the store and bought a big jar. the buds are fully dried i just cut them and placed them in the jar. they should get a little wet again right? then slowly dry? open for 20-30 minutes a day? just making sure i got things right. right now im smoking the shake. not too shabby.... just no taste really. not even like grass clippings or hay. does that mean i flushed correctly?
