My point exactly. I asked more than once. More than twice. Then I demanded once, and then twice. I was making no progress with basic respectfull request of both Kaleb and I. I took account for you not seeming to notice. I needed to get my point across, and I feel I did within my means. We, both, appreciate your kindness in granting our requests.

How can you tell what the parent plants were? I mean what's an indicator if sativa and what's an indica indicator?

Good question brotha! Well, due to the fact that this plants genetics are unknown, your chances of knowing what the parent plant genetic make up is very very slim if not zero.

Its not all that feasible to say this plant is a pure XYZ or that plant is a pure ABC. What we can do is deduct what the plant MAY be. By looking at its leaf structure, size stature, and color, we can draw a basic conclusion of the rough make up of your plant.

SATIVA: Typically have very skinny leaf's that are usually very very large. These are the plants that can get up to 12+ feet tall. Very lengthy, and stretchy. They also typically are a lighter green in color. The buds tend to be less dense, and have a very specific high. These usually take a while longer than Indicas to finish flowering. Plant is Native to Central Asia, and long cultivated in Asia, Europe, and China

INDICA: Typically, these are your smaller plants. They have smaller leaves that are very broad or thick. They also typically have a much darker hue of green. They usually finish flowering sooner than sativas. The budz tend to be much denser than sativa. The high is usually a very much head high. Indica's are native to the hindu kush region as well as Afghanistan, Pakistan, and india.

Ruderalis: Is a subspecies of Cannabis Sativa. Cannabis ruderalis is a variety of cannabis that grows wild in parts of Eastern Europe and Russia. It is characterized by its early flowering, with some plants starting irrespective of the photo-period. Cannabis ruderalis is ideal for cultivation in cooler climates and areas where conditions are harsh.

Hope this helps ya bud. I apologize if I left anything out, I am heavily medicated at the moment. Hope to see some updates from ya soon :)

Text update, pics to follow later.

Potty is happy and healthy, she's stretching on one side. Which happens to be the 2700 light side so I rotated her. Thr topping took hold nicely and Potty now will have what looks like 2 main branches off the top and an additional 4 off the sides(could those be mains or sub mains?)

I ran into a problem today when I checked her, she's rapidly outgrowing her aquarium and in the awkward phase where the box she sits on is too big but I don't have enough thick books to raise her to the right level so i'm going to have to let her mash into the glass top for a bit and hope she stretches back out after I get my new lights.

SHIT! My camera crapped out and there's something going horribly wrong with Potty. I thought it'd be a good idea to add some coffee ground/crushed egg shell home made fertilizer (for N and Cal) a few days ago and now the leaf tips are turing YELLOW! Will this go through the whole plant? Is Potty going to die? Can I fix it?

HELP!!!!!!!

Well brotha, I am going to attempt to play doctor here on a real shoestring budget. Without much info other than what you give me, I am only going to be able to make assumptions.

Nitrogen Def. Would be a likely guess. Moreso, get rid of whatever you top dressed the soil with. That could have something to do with it. Another thing to try, depending on how many days ago you watered, is to flush her out and start anew with some fertilizers.

I cant say she is going to die or not. I would try your best to play doctor bud. Its kinda hard with out a picture. I think all we can do is suggest this or suggest that. Try what I rec. and let me know how things look in a couple of days. If there is a emergency just drop me a PM....

GST came today (free government money) and after I paid what I needed to I had a little left over to buy ferts I checked everywhere for fox farms stuff and no one had it (is it only an american thing?) so I had to settle for a C.I.L. 20-20-20 with micronutrients

new ferts.jpg

I don't know if I should use it, it looks like miracle grow when I opened it up.

Well brotha, I wish you could have asked for some advice. That is some ruff stuff to use. Primarly because of all the P-K in the mix. Its got a great amount of Nitrogen ( 20) but you dont want all that P and K in veg right now. I am not sure what to say as far as advice. If you do use it, start of real small dosage, at least 1/2 what they recommend. If it is a N you will see your problems go away. HOPEFULLY, you dont get any nute burn from all that extra P-K.

Here's my updated pictures, you can see the discolouration clearly on the one leaflet, it hasn't shown up on any other spot yet.

I haven't fertilzed yet and I have the reciept, for places with ferts I have the choices of;

-Wal-Mart
-Zellars
-Home Depot
-Canadian Tire

I have no idea what i'm buying so I hope you can help me out

Oh Brotha brotha brotha !!!! You, are in luck mate. Not only is your plant, not dying, it is doing great. If anything, it has a very slight Nitrogen Deficency. I would suggest the internet for fertilizer if that is possible??? Places like Discount Hydroponics , if not I would recommend just a basic vegatative fertilizer. All those stores that you listed carry junk products that WILL KILL your plant mate.

I would try to get on Discount Hydroponics and get some Fox Farms....Even if you have to do a Prepaid Visa or something like that. Your plant will be fine for at least another two weeks without it. Just give water every 3-4 days. If you can get something from discount hydro....go for the Big Bloom from Fox Farms for your BLOOM NUTRIENTS...and get GROW BIG for your VEG NUTRIENTS. I hope this helps. Take a deep breath, your plant is doing just fine for now....Time is on your side at this point
