glad 2 c an update ,so how well do flowering clones work?? just wondering but if im not satisfied with my stalks, could i switch back 2 18/6 fora few weeks, theyve stretched alot bud doesent look like the branches are very strong, or should i ride it out? new growth is still a light green is that normal?

throw sum fans on your girls.. if your a couple weeks in flower id say you can go ahead and switch back if your not happy. its no diffrent then ting a clone into flower.

sorry for jacking ur thread it just seems like u know ur shit, i like how u started the journal in the begging of flowering because most newbs have problems with this part, i will add another fan, does it matter how big a cutting should be 2 clone it?i have alot of little branches near the bottom of the plant and was thinking of a little super croping any way, good luck man is new growth supossed 2 be light green? or is that heat stress? mynew branch growth points downward instead of up, looks weird, peace bro

your not jacking nothing bro.. im hear to help in any way. i cut mine about 4" tall. and i always take off the bottom of the plant. yes new growth wellbe light green for the first few days..

savage wouldent takeing clones in flower stage produce the clone 2 have more branching? thanks for the help keep up the goodwork bro cant w8 2 see ur finished product,please add in deatails if ud like on important factors that makes ur grow room work for you, do u run a sulpher burner? how often do u use nutrients and /or what signsdotheplants give youwhen u decide2nute,

no burner. i feed every time i water witch is about evry 5 days. when soil is a bit dried out. i try to make my room as close to the outdoors as to air flow, heat ,and freash air. them are my main things i watch like a hawk..

i find that i get a way better plant . way branchier and i dont have to do a thing to it..
they root better do to the lack of nitregon runing trew the clone.

in small pots yes but im in 10 gallon and 19 gallon pots. when you grow in the groung or soil, then that is a natural buffer. onec a month i hit themwith starit ph water.just for shits and giggls..

haha yeah i can see how that works,if my stems that go to 2 the leaves are purple does that mean the plant is nitrogen defficent or do sum plants just grow that way???

some grow that way but it could be phos. deficiency.

I'll have to try a cutting from one of my flowering plants next round and see if I like the results. I LOVE my cloning results so far, 100% survival although they take a while to root. They are from an 8 month old mother. But with what you said it would probably help them root faster if I didn't give mom a healthy feeding before before I planned on taking the cuttings. Maybe just water this time will help.
